IT-Trail is an identity and billing platform operated by IT-Trail GmbH. It hosts the sign-in, the consent records and the subscription, credit and licence management for the following applications:

Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless the law obliges us to. Please raise any complaint with us directly at office@ittrail.at; we answer every one.
